IR “K” Series garments are loose, technical layering pieces that fit like a t-shirt, and the K2 Long Sleeve Shirt is the ‘midweight’ shirt in the line up. It’s also become the new favorite layering piece at IR. It’s made with a 7 oz Polaretec®  PowerDry® polyester single-sided fleece with waffle grid texture on the inside. The fabric is only slightly heavier than a t-shirt, but the spaces in the grid trap heat and offer truly surprising warmth for such a light and supple fabric while offering great ventilation and breathability. We’ve been wearing these paddling, skiing and biking and in every case we have been delighted with how dry, warm and comfortable these shirts are.

    Mark –

    Not too warm, not too cold. A nice thermal for when it isn’t freezing or you are very active.

    Mine did smell a little after 2 weeks of constant use in Mexico but I can hardly complain about that.

    Need to buy a new one now as mine seems to have disappeared off to India with my flat mate.

Shipping

Orders placed through the immersionresearch.eu website ship from our warehouse in UK. We try to maintain a stock of our most popular items in the UK, and we are sending new inventory from the US almost every week.

If you order an item that is not in-stock in the UK, we will place it on the next shipment going to the UK. Delivery times between the US and UK are generally around 7 business days, so even if what you’re looking for is not in stock we can usually have it at your door in around four weeks. We will not charge any additional duty for backorders. The price on the site is the price you pay.

If you order multiple items with some items in stock in the UK and others shipping from the US, we will consolidate your order in the UK before shipping it to you, unless you contact us to make other arrangements.

Note that all customer orders in the EU are sent from our warehouse in the UK- we do not ship directly to EU customers from the US warehouse.
