Post Brexit Update for All Customers

Thank you for your interest in Immersion Research gear. This past year has been incredibly difficult and has been further complicated due to issues caused by Brexit. Our European warehouse is based in the United Kingdom and shipping has become much more complex following Brexit. Please bear with us as we learn to navigate these new regulations. A few changes have been made to our website to keep us within the current regulations.
First of all, our prices no longer include any VAT, taxes or duties. For customers in the UK, these fees will be charged during the checkout stage. For customers in the European Union, these fees are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused by a customer, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
As these can vary significantly from country to country, we do not have a good way to estimate these potential costs. At this time, we are working on a solution that will help better serve our customers, but for now, this is how we will be proceeding with the fulfillment of orders to EU countries.
Additionally, we may see increased shipping delays to the EU. Complications from COVID-19 and Brexit have overwhelmed many shipping operations.
