Thank you for your interest in Immersion Research gear. This past year has been incredibly difficult and has been further complicated due to issues caused by Brexit. Our European warehouse is based in the United Kingdom and shipping has become much more complex following Brexit. Please bear with us as we learn to navigate these new regulations.
For all of our customers who are located in the European Union, we want to let you know that you will be responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs fees that may be associated with the delivery of your order.
As these can vary significantly from country to country, we do not have a good way to estimate these potential costs. At this time, we are working on a solution that will help better serve our customers, but for now, this is how we will be proceeding with the fulfillment of orders to EU countries.
Additionally, we may see increased shipping delays to the EU. Complications from COVID-19 and Brexit have overwhelmed many shipping operations.
